Ronda Conger, Head Coach

Picture
Ronda's nickname is "Dealer in Hope" and loves all things to do with helping all those around her become the best possible version of themselves.  She speaks on a regular basis to groups of all sizes about her favorite subject - "What are you putting in your Kool Aid?" - she believes that we all make choices each day on what we put in our own kool aid - who we associate with, what we watch, read, where we work and more.

A 16-year industry veteran with a passion for new home construction, Ronda's day job is the Vice President of CBH Homes overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing, sales and community relations. In addition to her responsibilities at CBH Homes, Ronda is Owner/Broker of Red Barn Real Estate.  Ronda is an active member of the Boise business community, serves on the advisory board of the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, and is a current board member of The Learning Lab and past President of the Boise Youth Amateur Hockey Association.

Ronda played three years of high school tennis at Cascade High School in Everett Washington.  Ronda competed in the Washington state tournament all three years placing within the top 3 each year of competition.  She was awarded a full ride scholarship to Shoreline Community College where she competed as the #1 Singles and on the  #1 Doubles team.  After one year at Shoreline, she was asked to play on the Boise State Tennis team with a  full ride scholarship.  Due to community college credit transfer issues Ronda was unable to play for Boise State after her sophomore year.  In 1997 Ronda was hired by the City of McCall to run their city tennis clinics, camps and private lessons.

Ronda is a devoted wife of 17 years to Jim Conger and is the proud mother of two fine young gentlemen.  She thanks the heavens each day for this incredible journey and is so very grateful for the opportunity to serve and love all those that she comes in contact with.
